Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nerdwax experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Nerdwax products in their original container and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
